Michael has over 25 years of experience managing many large commercial interiors projects for major clients including AT&T, Bank of New York, Related Properties Corporation and the New York Power Authority.

Michael has extensive knowledge of the Building Codes for the tri-state area along with all accessibility requirements including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), The Fair Housing Act and ICC/ANSI. Michael has done Third Party Building Code/Life Safety and Accessibility Compliance reviews for many major residential developers including AvalonBay Communities, Inc., Eakin/Youngentob Associates and Marriott.

Nicole graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) with a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master’s (MS) in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Engineering & Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a Concentration in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

Nicole has been part of the ENV Architectural Team since 2022. As part of the team, she has worked on multiple projects within the residential, commercial, and academic field.

Nicole’s ambition is to expand her knowledge within the Construction & Design Field.

She plans to pursue her Architectural License within NYC and NJ, allowing her to expand her horizons.

Design, Art, and Knowledge are a strong driving force for her.

Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. At NJIT, he was a shot put thrower on the track and field team and President of Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity.

Joining ENV in 2021, Patrick has a wealth of experience in multi-family residential, higher education, hospitality, and commercial sectors. His role spans client interaction, design, document coordination, and construction administration, showcasing his versatility and commitment to project success.

Outside the studio, Patrick is a passionate homebrewer and avid skier, adding a touch of creativity and adventure to his life.

Paul Suwada is a project coordinator in charge of administrating and keeping track of all projects old and new. He received his Bachelors in Business Management and Administration from Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University.

Born in Queens and raised in Brooklyn, Paul found himself exposed to various cultures throughout life, and a desire to fit in amidst their differences. Quickly becoming an adept in the fields of psychology and philosophy, Paul took his passions and sought a career that allowed him to practice his humanities.

In his spare time, Paul’s competitive and creative spirits take over as he dabbles in the arts, sports, video games and the written word. He enjoys spending his time with friends or strangers so long as they challenge his ways of thinking, or spark intellectual dialogue. He believes “Life is growth, and stagnation death”, and as such our thirst should never end.
